Job Scope :

Manage and coordinate FA projects together with the Program Manager.
Ensure projects meet the expected lead time.
Design tooling for FA production to transition towards serial manufacturing process.
Ensure that all tooling is available on time.
Generate, maintain and update technical drawings, process plans and SAP routers through internal/external change processes.
Verify and review old processes, tooling designs and product quality after the FA manufacturing run.
Responsible for the Post Mortem Process (PMP).
Maintain and stabilize past manufacturing processes and assists the production team for any engineering related issues to improving product flow and balancing production lines.
Requirement :

Min 3 years and above experience in manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Industrial, Mechanical or Materials Science Engineering.
Able to use AutoCAD/Solidworks .
Must be able to interpret blueprints.
Familiar with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

設計用於 FA 生產的工具，以過渡到串行製造流程。
確保所有工具按時可用。
透過內部/外部變更流程產生、維護和更新技術圖、製程計劃和 SAP 路由器。
FA 製造運作後驗證並審查舊製程、工具設計和產品品質。
負責事後剖析流程（PMP）。
維護和穩定過去的製造流程，並協助生產團隊解決任何與工程相關的問題，以改善產品流程和平衡生產線。
要求 ：

至少 3 年以上製造環境經驗。
物理、工業、機械或材料科學工程學士學位。
能夠使用AutoCAD/Solidworks。
必須能夠解讀藍圖。
熟悉GD&T（幾何尺寸和公差）

5個工作天（週一至週五）
