Accountable To: Technology Product Owner

Responsible For: To actively participate in the product development process and collaborate with other development teams, product managers, and product owners in delivering high quality products to clients.

Background
This position will attach to the BI Delivery (Business Unit) of APAC and based in GDC of Cyberjaya.  BI Delivery is the centralized hub that fulfill the orders placed by clients worldwide as well as end clients of business partners of Experian APAC.  The key products delivered from BI delivery are Credit Reports and Search Reports.

Reporting Lines
The role will report to the Technology Product Owner.

Skills Profile
We need an individual who is passionate and technically sound in the Microsoft .Net technology stack with knowledge in Cloud-Native development principles. The individual must possess at least 3 years of working experience with diverse skills in Agile application development.

Role Summary

As a Master Data Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for the set up and maintenance of product data in key systems such as Salesforce and Oracle financial systems. This will require establishing relationships across the world and advising on product inclusion, product structure and related data elements. This will require an understanding of Experian’s complex product and business hierarchies as well as similar products in other regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Measuring data quality improvements and revising, documenting, and formalizing data standards and processes on an ongoing basis. • Work with business partners to create processes to meet their product business needs participating in actions from clarifying the need, brainstorming solutions to implementation
• Review product submissions for completeness, quality and adherence to standards
• Entering product updates and new products into Oracle DRM and Salesforce while coordinating alignment with other functions to ensure set up and alignment in those systems
• Perform data audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Identify data quality issues and provide resolution to correct the issues 
• Develop processes to address data issues to prevent them from reoccurring Responding to partner’s data questions
• Lead and coordinate large scale data migrations consolidate acquisitions onto the global platforms
• Lead meetings with business stakeholders to provide updates, best practices, training sessions and guidance on new product requests
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team and motivating the team to achieve organizational goals
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets
• Delegating tasks to team members 
• Conducting quarterly and yearly performance reviews
• Develop best practices, processes, and standards to effectively carrying out data maintenance activities 
• Ensuring the execution of the change requests happen in a timely manner and escalate when there is a slippage
• Work with a strong sense of urgency towards getting the work done and deliver each milestone dates and due dates
• Assist in additional resources hiring process and interviews.
