Job Description

A Key Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.  The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. 

Responsibilities includes:

• Developing strong relationships with customers
• Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports
• Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among new & existing customers. 
• Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including admin, purchasing, logistics, finance departments) to improve the entire customer experience. 
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status 

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven work experience 
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization  
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills  Possess Own Transport Able to travel oversea 

 Job Responsibility:

• Handle and monitoring Company full sets of accounts including updating and verification of ledgers, bank reconciliation, A/P, A/R, month end closing into accounting system with speed and accuracy and proper file all the related documents.
• To support month end, quarterly and year-end financial closing and reporting.
• Ensure timely account closing including financial statement/report preparation, supporting schedule and related matters.
• Responsible on cash management, budget and forecast and timely submission of management report.
• Handle year end reports for audit and tax schedules.
• Assist in cash management and implementation
• Assist in preparation of trade finance documentation.
• Liaise with auditor, tax agents, company secretary, government authorities and bankers.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities from time to time.
• Complying to ISO 9001 QMS requirement

Job Requirement:

• Diploma, Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Accounting qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in handling full set of accounting
• Good command of both spoken and written business English.
• Mandarin fluency preferred for this role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & organization skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Team player who is dynamic, self-motivated, and result oriented.

工作職責：

• 處理和監控公司全套帳目，包括分類帳的更新和驗證、銀行往來調節、應付帳款、應收帳款、月末結帳到會計系統，快速、準確，並妥善歸檔所有相關文件。
• 支持月末、季度和年末的財務結算和報告。
• 確保及時結帳，包括準備財務報表/報告、支援時間表和相關事宜。
• 負責現金管理、預算和預測並及時提交管理報告。
• 處理審計和稅務表的年終報告。
• 協助現金管理和執行
• 協助準備貿易融資文件。
• 與審計師、稅務代理人、公司秘書、政府機關和銀行家聯絡。
• 不時履行任何其他職責和責任。
• 符合 ISO 9001 QMS 要求

• 金融/會計文憑、學位或專業會計資格或同等學歷。
• 至少2年處理全套會計的經驗

Role Description

To meet the growing demand of our business and with plans for further expansion on the south-east asia countries, we are looking for high passionate individuals to join our growing team.

This is a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role located in Petaling Jaya. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and growing business opportunities in line with the company's goals and objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, develop marketing materials, and create innovative solutions that generate revenue and increase customer loyalty. The job scope also includes providing professional information to our clients, as well as to attend and provide professional sharing sessions.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or higher in any field, with a preference on Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

· At least 1 year of work experience, however fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply

· Willing to learn and self-disciplined. Experience in the insurance/financial industry will be an added advantage

· Competent in both written and spoken Mandarin, fluency in written and spoken English would be an added advantage

· Candidates must be able to speak publicly in Mandarin (will need to deal with Mandarin-spoken speakers from Taiwan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, …)

· Able to travel outstation

· Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that increase revenue and grow market share

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

· Experience with market research, lead generation, and customer segmentation

· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Account and Finance Executive located in Petaling Jaya. The Account and Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial report and statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, implementing financial policies, and maintaining records. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

· Monthly receivable and payable reports 

· Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs 

· Prepare tax documents and liaise with the auditor and tax firms 

· Manage monthly cash flow budgeting & forecasting

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of success

· Experience with financial software and accounting systems

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

· Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Familiarity with local tax laws and regulations

· Professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus
