The Account Manager plays a crucial role as a bridge between the agency and its clients. • Manage all social media channels, campaigns (including e-mails) to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
  Includes but not limited to planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for company and clients.
• Monitor, research and analyse social media trends, ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
• Business development – organically within the clientele and new clients as per the KPIs set by the Managing Director

Requirements

• Possess at least a certification in Communications/ Marketing/ Media Studies or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of related working experience in digital media platforms and / digital agencies
• Experience in copywriting, content creation, client servicing, digital analytics, digital ad buys and brand marketing.
• Required skills : managed various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with team members to reliably carry out projects.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team, as well as able to meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good attitude and ability to work well under stress is a MUST.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.
• Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and transportation.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Lead a team of event staff and vendors to execute events seamlessly and professionally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the overall execution of events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure all their needs are met, managing the day-of event operations.
• Ensure that all events meet the client's expectations and budget.
• Maintain accurate records of all event activities and expenses.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Manage any issue that may arise during the event, including resolving conflicts amongst individuals and managing crisis situations.
• Other duties as assigned by your Reporting Officer from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least two years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in an event management or hospitality industry. Fresh graudates are welcome.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Service oriented with an eye for details.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.
• Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Open to work on weekdays/weekends/public holidays (depending event requirements) when required.
