The role will involve arranging export shipments from collection through to shipment,arrange import deliveries and raise billing/invoice for payments.

-Perform cargo loading and unloading.
-To perform physical counts,tally and surface inspection of cargo upon receiving/delivery.
-To store cargoes in proper location assigned within the warehouse.
-To perform cargo issuance.
-Picking,packing and despatch of cargo according to ownership and destinations.

-Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma.

They are looking for experienced and inspirational leader to lead the warehouse operation team in North Port and West Port, Port Klang.
Roles & Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager for the warehouse operation activities, the role is hands on and varied and it is imperative that leadership is displayed by hands on approach to all aspects which will involve picking and packing clients orders in a high volume and high pressure environment, maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse, dispatching of freight of freight using computerized software. This role requires to deputize for Warehouse Operations Manager as and when required.
The overall responsibilities will be:
*Manage and responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of the warehouse.
*Manage and direct inbound/outbound operations/shipments, oversee inventory functions and direct, lead and revise the implementation of contingency plans,if required.
*Ensure customer orders are dispatched in accordance with the agreed service agreement.
*To manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff to carry out and support daily operation activities, ensuring effective distribution and inventory system within the logistics facilities.
*Responsible for the overall warehouse inventory accuracy and annual stock take and integrity.
*Ensure that all operations at the warehouse are compliant to safety,environmental and health standards.
Requirements: Candidate profile
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone well organized with a solid 5-8 years experience in warehouse operations, picking and packing ,customer services or similar environment preferred, and have the ability to communicate effectively with their team and customers.
-Male preferred; age 30-45.
-Diploma or degree in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or Business.
-A forklift license would be ideal,useful and beneficial.
-Previous experience in managing 3PL facility a huge advantage and highly desirable.
-Demonstrated supervisory role in previous experience of managing 3PL warehouse operations.
-Knowledge of both warehouse and logistics practices.
-Good communication and people management skills.
-Good organization skills and ability to oversee others.
-Computer literate with basic knowledge of Excel, Word applications.

They are looking for experienced warehouse workers to undertake the warehouse operations functions at their 3PL facilities at West Port in Pulau Indah.
The vacancy is permanent position and form part of the warehouse operations team to manage the cargo/shipments that have have been imported or to be exported.
Duties & Roles
As Warehouse Operations Assistant, you will be responsible to carry out the following duties:
*Perform and verification check activities of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records.
*Carry out verification checks on customer order,shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
*Unpack and examine incoming shipments,reject damaged items, record shortages and correspond with shippers to rectify damages and shortages.
*Record shipment information/data,such as weight,measurements, charges
*Pack shipping containers,creating shipping labels and shipping documents.
*Loading and unloading of goods/cargo.
*Generate and maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation.
The candidate
*Malaysian in age group 23-35.
*Punctual with positive work ethic.
*Physically fit with ability to lift and carry.
*Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or Business.
*Forklift license is necessary; a forklift license would be ideal, useful and beneficial.
*The ideal candidate for this role will be someone well organized with 3-5 years experience in warehouse operations, picking and packing ,customer services or similar environment preferred, and have the ability to communicate effectively with the team and customers.
*2-3 years of previous warehouse operations, especially in 3PL facility has a huge advantage and will be highly regarded.
*Hands on and hardworking with knowledge of both warehouse and logistics practices.
