· Lead implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform for Business Banking (BB) globally
· Develop a clear end state design (using Design Thinking methodologies), milestones and implementation roadmap with inputs from BB business stakeholders

Strategy
· Responsible and accountable to exploit the value of Trade Finance information assets and its analytics in cooperation with Transaction Banking Product, Digital Channels and Data Analytics (DCDA), Trade Operations and Technology
· Lead strategy and the development of data and analytics products in cooperation with DCDA, Trade & Cash Product Development, Sales, Compliance and other to assure that solutions are aligned to the business strategy, released on time, on budget and with high quality.
· Partner with product engineering heads to develop Data, Analytics and Innovation domain roadmaps, adoption of real time streaming and batch-processing platform/Hadoop platform
· Support implementation of Cloud-based SaaS/PaaS/IaaS offerings for Data Solutions and leverage cloud enabled technologies and toolset for Data and Analytics domain

JOB SUMMARY
TradeXpress is a strategic and transformational re-platforming program for Trade finance which globally covers all Documentary and Open Account Trade Products along with Risk Distribution.
As a member of the Trade Product Development team, the Product Owner is responsible for understanding business needs, articulating requirements, developing and sequencing user stories and defects and working with the agile teams to ensure creation of technology products that will help our clients be successful. The Product Owner also plays a key role in collaborating with Product Managers and other stakeholders in identifying concepts such as Minimum Viable Product (MVP), training and documentation requirements, assisting in Beta and usability testing, and user acceptance testing. This position is involved in every stage of bringing new products and features to market on time. The role would involve working with other Product owners leading different streams of the program
Key Responsibilities:
· Documents, prioritizes, and owns Epics, User Stories and Defects.
· Assists the Chief Product Manager with developing the product road-map and vision.
· Assists in the development of the business plans and product requirements for new products and product-based programs
