Team Introduction:
In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for AML compliance with product design, promoting R & D landing and continuous iteration, working closely with other product teams and other collaborative teams to promote product realization and continuous optimization;
- Pay close attention to and deeply understand the changes in regulatory policy trends, be responsible for the collection, analysis and arrangement of regulatory laws and regulations and regulatory punishment cases, form knowledge accumulation at the organizational level, and convert to product dimension for functional planning and layout;
- Responsible for the design of Anti Money Laundering application scenarios such as customer due diligence, suspicious transaction screening, money laundering threat and risk assessment, abnormal transaction monitoring, and financial sanction list screening;
- Carry out market survey and competing product analysis, compliance operation system construction, and continuously improve product competitiveness;
- Dig deep into the nature of customer needs, penetrate and integrate compliance requirements in different financial business areas, incorporate compliance product planning and design from a global perspective, and provide reasonable product solutions according to the current situation of different industries；
- Responsible for analyzing abnormal transaction behavior according to the behavior characteristics of different Line of Business customers, such as terrorist financing, fraud and money laundering, fraud, etc；
- Based on customer information and transaction behavior, this paper constructs a customer money laundering risk profile, innovates the Know your customer method, and applies the results to suspicious transaction identification and customer money laundering risk level assessment；
- Cooperate with the company's overall compliance strategy, communicate with technical and other teams, and promote technology landing and achievement transformation.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirement
- Understand the policy requirements and work conditions of the financial technology industry, payment institution compliance, and Anti Money Laundering , and have relevant work experience in cross-border and overseas payment institution compliance management, Anti Money Laundering, and data practice is preferred;
- Strong awareness of sanction namelists and understanding suspicious transactions in the Fintech/Banking industry
- Have strong fast learning ability and self-driving force, have long-term planning thinking of products, and be able to promote orderly iteration of products;
- Strong pressure resistance and multi-thread task processing ability;
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to flexibly respond to different partners, and collaborate efficiently across teams;
Preferred Requirement:
- A minimum of 5 years in compliance product manager experience, with independent product design experience, high-quality doc and prototype delivery capabilities;
- Bachelor degree or above
