We are seeking an Experienced Developer with a specialization in financial regulatory reporting platforms to join our dynamic software development team. As a seasoned professional with practical experience in C# .NET, .NET Core, Angular, and microservices architecture, you will be a key player in developing scalable and efficient software applications to meet our business needs. A robust understanding and prior experience in constructing technology platforms for regulatory reporting, particularly MIFID and MAS, would be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
• As a hands-on developer, you'll design, create, and modify our application's user interface using Angular. You'll deliver interactive, efficient layouts that ensure an outstanding user experience.
• You'll develop robust and scalable microservices using C# .NET and .NET Core, forming the core business logic of our applications.
• You'll implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles and conduct extensive unit testing to maintain top-notch code quality.
• You will be responsible for developing and maintaining databases using SQL Server and PostgreSQL in the AWS environment.
• Your role will involve managing AWS resources, such as Containers and EKS, to boost the scalability and reliability of our applications.
• You'll undertake the integration of our software with existing systems, focusing on streaming technologies like Kafka and MSMQ.
• Utilize TeamCity and Octopus for continuous integration and deployment of our applications.
• As an experienced team member, you'll collaborate with other developers to improve existing systems and platforms, providing necessary technical support to resolve system issues.
• Engage with business stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills and agile development practices.
Skills/Qualifications:
Must have
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive hands-on experience as a Senior .NET Developer.
• Profound expertise in Angular for UI development and a comprehensive understanding of HTML5/CSS3.
• Proficiency in .NET Core , C# and Multithreading for mid-tier development.
• Solid knowledge of design/architectural patterns and experience with microservices architecture.
• Practical experience with back-end technologies, including the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server
• Proficiency in using Git for version control, with experience in TeamCity and Octopus for continuous integration and deployment.
• Demonstrable understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles and experience with unit testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, superior communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Good to Have
· Good understanding of financial regulatory reporting platforms such as MIFID and MAS would be an advantage

Qualifications
Minimum Requirement
- Understand the policy requirements and work conditions of the financial technology industry, payment institution compliance, and Anti Money Laundering , and have relevant work experience in cross-border and overseas payment institution compliance management, Anti Money Laundering, and data practice is preferred;
- Strong awareness of sanction namelists and understanding suspicious transactions in the Fintech/Banking industry
- Have strong fast learning ability and self-driving force, have long-term planning thinking of products, and be able to promote orderly iteration of products;
- Strong pressure resistance and multi-thread task processing ability;
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to flexibly respond to different partners, and collaborate efficiently across teams;
Preferred Requirement:
- A minimum of 5 years in compliance product manager experience, with independent product design experience, high-quality doc and prototype delivery capabilities;
- Bachelor degree or above
