職責

• 參與與最終用戶的投訴/請求相關的幫助台請求，執行糾正性維護並獲得最終用戶/客戶對已完成工作訂單的驗證，並提交給主管以完成工作訂單
• 按計畫執行/監督（內部/外包）日常維護服務/計畫預防性維護（PPM），填寫 PPM 檢查表，通知上級任何惡化/異常跡象，在工作完成後編制並向主管提交 PM 檢查表用於工單關閉。
• 識別並通知主管需要購買用於維護工作的零件/材料。
• 通知主管任何 VO 機會並協助主管進行 VO 準備工作。
• 妥善保管公司提供的工具，並通知主管任何需要執行維護活動的工具以及故障/遺失的工具。
• 協助火災疏散演習和其他消防安全活動
• 確保並在所有各自的工作區域進行必要的內務活動。
• 始終遵守和執行公司規則/規定，並在執行操作和維護活動時遵守當局的規定。
• 始終提供全力支持，團隊合作，保持自我激勵，保持健康的環境，避免任何挑釁或對抗影響員工的積極性和運作。
• 對於任何緊急事件，請始終保持警報和回應，參加、糾正和向上級報告。

要求

• 至少擁有土木/機械/電氣技術證書/文憑或同等學歷
• 設施建設經驗
• HVAC系統、電氣系統/管道系統/控制室系統經驗
• 良好的口頭和書面溝通能力
• 能夠輪班工作

Responsibilities

• To ensure the smooth running of day to day facility operation and to attend adhoc facility repair maintenance activities
• To attend on helpdesk request related to the complaint / request from end users, execute corrective maintenance and get verification from end users / clients for completed work order and submit to Supervisor for work order closing
• To execute / supervise (in house/outsource) for Routine maintenance servicing / Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) as per scheduled, fill up PPM checklist, notify superior for any sign of deterioration / abnormalities, compile and submit PM checklist to Supervisor after work completed for work order closing.
• To identify and notify Supervisor on parts / materials need for puchase for use on maintenance works.
• To inform Supervisor for any VO opportunity and assist Supervisor for the VO preparation works.
• To take a good care on tools provided by company and notify Supervisor for any tools require performing maintenance activities as well as faulty / missing tools.
• Assist in Fire Evacuation Drills and other Fire Safety Activities
• To ensure and performance necessary housekeeping activities at all respective work areas.
• To obey and implement the rules & regulation at all time company rules / regulation and also comply with authority's regulation during performing operation & maintenance activities.
• Always provide full support, work in team work, maintain self-motivation, keep healthy environment and avoid any provoke or confrontation which will affect employee's motivation and operation.
• To always alert and response, attend, rectify and update to superior for any On Call for any emergency event.
• To perform other related functions and activites as assigned / directed by company.

Requirements

• Possess at least Technical Certificate / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent
• Experience in building facilities
• Experience in HVAC system, electrical system / plumbing system / control room system
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Able to perform work in rotating shifts

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a competent Refurbish Technician to maintain and refurbish the return stock from customer, roadshow demo or display product.

A successful Refurbish Technician is a reliable professional with excellent electrical/mechanical maintenance capabilities. They possess great technical skills and knowledge in refurbishing machines.

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform installation, troubleshooting support, repair services and preventative maintenance of water purifier machine and air purifier machines.
• Learn all designs, functions, and repair methods of water purifier and air purifier equipment’s.
•  Assist in day-to-day technical team operation.
• To coordinate and expedite the flow of work.
• To keep product organized with proper labelling and accounted.
• Assist lead technician in servicing/maintenance/refurbishing and documentation works for water & air purifier.
• To ensure and maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• To coordinate with inter-departmental colleagues to obtain / compile necessary reports.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Certificate/Vocational/TVET/SK Menengah or any relevant field of study.
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply or 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Required skill(s): Good communication skills, technical knowledge, welding knowledge is added advantage
• Able to work independently, responsible, self-motivated and a good team player.
