Key Job Accountabilities:

· To establish new processes capability based on unit process/equipment/material roadmap related to 2.5/3D, heterogenous integration packaging, and wafer-level packaging process technologies.

· To perform process and material DoE study and characterization

· To continuously improve new processes and capabilities.

· To qualify new materials, perform inspections, measurements for data collections and prepare summary reports.

Requirement:

• We are looking for an experienced R&D process engineer (Optocoupler).
• We need people with a strong ME background, semiconductor packaging process development skill. e.g. Die Attach, Wire bond, encapsulation Molding, package trim/forming, vision inspection tools
• Demonstrated and proven analytical/ critical thinking, problem solving and solution provider.
• Familiarized with mechanical lead-frame design rules/ tools, knowledge in semiconductor physical failure analysis.
• Experience in IC packaging, high voltage isolation requirements, material and processing techniques.
• Roles in NPI project leadership, taking product from verification/ qualification to high volume soft launch is advantageous.

Purpose of the role

Support culinary development chef to any activities needed to drive innovation and deliver product, recipe and content development in support of both McCormick SEA Consumer and Flavour Solution flavour B2B business, marketing, sales and RD teams.

Support culinary development chef in the promotion of existing and new products by providing culinary and flavour knowledge to customers/distributors through presentations, culinary demonstrations and collaboration sessions; and coordinate large internal events such as Flavour Forecast.
