We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Business Development Intern to join our Malaysia enterprise sales team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates with a keen interest in market research, event management, creative marketing, and gaining industry expertise. The Job:
- Client Engagement: Client visits together with Enterprise Sales personnel, primarily within the government sector, to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Assist in conducting market research and prospect mining within targeted industries to identify new potential clients.
- Marketing Support: Aid in the creation and periodic updating of marketing materials to reflect the current offerings and market trends.
- Event Coordination: Support the coordination and participation in industry events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
- Product and Industry Knowledge: Engage in continuous learning about the company's products, services, and the overall industry to better understand and address market demands.
The Person:
- Possesses at least a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field.
- Must be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, with a preference for native speakers.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exhibits outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Hands-on experience with Google Spreadsheet/Excel for data analysis and report generation.
- Demonstrates strong analytical abilities with a knack for identifying patterns and insights from market data.
- Shows initiative, willingness to take on new challenges, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and team player.
