About the Role
As an Oracle Senior Associate within the EPM Oracle team, you'll be the strategic interface for ESG and Process Design Design solution design, implementation, and support. Responsibilities include defining requirements, documentation configuring and maintaining the finance module, and collaborating with Finance business users and IT teams. You'll ensure clarity for users on the business and functional specifications.
Role and Responsibilities
Supply Chain Optimization:
• Lead and participate in projects focused on optimizing supply chain processes.
• Provide expertise in supply chain strategy, logistics, and inventory management.
Process Design and Improvement:
• Design and implement efficient and effective business processes to enhance overall organizational performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
ESG Integration and Reporting:
• Collaborate with clients to integrate ESG principles into business strategies and operations.
• Conduct assessments to identify areas for environmental and social responsibility improvements.
Client Engagement:
• Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their business goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations aligned with clients' objectives.
Project Management:
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct thorough data analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, showcasing recommendations and project outcomes.
This role demands strong analytical skills, experience in ESG, process design expertise, and supply chain management and systems to implement Oracle systems meeting business needs.
Requirements:
Experience:
• More than 6 years of proven expertise in ESG, and Process Design.
• Demonstrated proficiency in designing supply chain and procurement processes.
• Client-facing consulting experience.
Education:
• Bachelors (and bonus points for Masters) in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, and/or Environmental Management
Industry Background:
• Consulting experience working in technology systems, strategy, and processes.
Skills:
• Comprehensive understanding of utilizing Oracle EPM modules (Planning, Narrative Reporting, EDM) for managing and reporting on ESG.
• Ability to design efficient finance and procurement enterprise solutions tailored to business needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and familiarity with Oracle environments.
Communication:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts and requirements to diverse audiences.
Team Collaboration:
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
