• Facilitate planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower, effective work processes, and the capability development of staff
• Interpret tender specifications and prepare quotations for cleaning operations
• Assist in negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing, and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied
• Ensure that budget guidelines set are followed and deviation to these should be communicated with explanations
• Raise requests for purchases as required within agreed limits and ensure contractual payments are followed up
• Assist in resolving existing contract conflicts Report potential risks on contractual changes to the management
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

• Minimum 3 years experience in the cleaning industry
• Good Interpersonal, communication, and strong leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure

Job Description of Sales Operations Manager

• Internal/Backend Operations

1. Develop a backend system to sync and compile data from all sales submissions (such as the source of lead, tagging to the correct salesperson, etc.) to provide accurate, real-time backend data to help generate reports that facilitate management decision-making.
2. Ensure that the sales submission system is seamlessly linked to the salespeople commissions calculation system to generate accurate commission amounts.
3. Come up with ways to integrate AI and technology into daily operations to increase automation and efficiency.
4. Set up and maintain a clear and organised file and document-sharing system.
5. Set up and maintain a proper task management and accountability system.
6. Management of executives to ensure they do accurate, competent, and efficient administrative work, customer service, and HR duties.
7. Main point of liaison between the sales team and the non-sales team, including handling any queries or issues that one side has over the other.

• Create SOPs that include the following but not limited to:
  Meeting SOPs (for all meetings such as HOD meetings, salespeople meetings, backend meetings, etc.)
• Recruitment SOP
• Onboarding and Orientation SOP
• Exit SOP
• Task Management SOP
• Marketing/Compliance SOP
• Performance Review SOP

• Management and Collaboration

1. Organise and plan overseas meetings, incentive trips, and retreats when necessary.
2. Work with the relevant departments to propose ideas and solutions to drive sales for the company, such as improving existing systems, coming up with new initiatives and promotions, etc.
3. Preparing and sending official company memos when required.
4. Spearhead company projects when required.
5. Work with the Finance Department to suggest ways to optimise operating expenses.
6. Generate a weekly report to the company management regarding your work progress as a form of accountability.
7. Explore possible grants and subsidies that the company might be eligible for.

• External Operations/Business Development

1. Be constantly on the lookout for new opportunities for collaboration with new partners that can assist in generating revenue for the company.
2. Engage frequently with existing partners to streamline operations and discuss potential new strategies to capture a larger market share.
