You will play an important role, such as:
1. Assist Resident Doctor during consultations (onlyne & physical), treatment procedures and appointment scheduling.

7. Assist in marketing campaigns set forth by the marketing department.
8. Assist reporting manager to develop, feedback and maintain the department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
9. Able to carry out nursing procedures suc as blood taking, wound dressing and dispensing or medications.
10. Prioritize, organize and complete all assigned duties by the Management (planned and ad-hoc)
To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
a. Possess at least 2-3 years of clinical experience in related field. Experienced as a wound care nurse would be an added advantage to apply.
b. MUST have valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and Nursing Registration license from the Ministry of Health.
c. Good in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
d. Pleasant personality and able to work under a stressful environment.
e. Priority will be given to candidates with immediate availability.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team and oversee the day-to-day shift allocation for external staff, ensuring timely and efficient matching of staff to client requirements. The successful candidate will utilize Sandwai | Home and Disability Care Software for staff allocation and bookings, maintain communication with nurses and clients, and address any complaints or concerns promptly. Additionally, the Customer Service Officer will participate in operations meetings to provide updates on Bureau and Home Care status and work towards achieving set targets by management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Allocate shifts to external staff in a timely manner, based on client requests and requirements.
· Maintain accurate records of staff availabilities, roster requests, and shift allocations using Sandwai | Home and Disability Care Software.
· Liaise with nurses and clients regularly to ensure proper staff allocation and address any concerns or requests.
· Notify clients and staff of shift confirmations and ensure effective communication of information to colleagues and management.
· Monitor and address complaints or concerns raised by field staff and clients, escalating to management when necessary.
· Ensure external staff receive their rosters accurately in the system, especially when multiple clients require service within an allocated timeframe.
· Prepare and send report to relevant team/department before end of shift.
· Participate in operations meetings to provide updates on Bureau and Home Care status and contribute to achieving set targets.
· Undertake any other tasks that may arise from time to time, supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service team.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
· Proven experience in customer service, Experience in a medical or healthcare-related industry will be an advantage but not neccessary.
· Basic computer knowledge. Knowledge of Sandwai or other Allocation software is an advantage.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
· Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to support both staff and clients.

Job Overview:
As an Nutritionist at Compohealth, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the nutritional excellence of our products. You will play an important role as the product specialist to create innovative and nutritious offerings that meet the highest standards of quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for dealing with manufacturer in order to design a high standard product and giving workshop/seminar to our dealers and customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Work together with Managing Director to deal with manufacturer for product development to formulate and enhance company products.
2. Stay updated on the latest nutritional trends, research, and developments to inform product improvements.
3. Conduct market survey about the latest trend of the nutritional products and do presentation to the Managing Director.
4. Provide expert nutritional advice to dealers/customers through various channels, including customer support and educational materials.
5. Conduct in-depth nutritional analysis of products and recommend improvements based on scientific research.
6. Conduct nutrition/healthcare topic related workshop/seminar to the dealers and customers.
7. Collaborate with sales & marketing team to create content that highlights the nutritional benefits of our products.
8. Develop and conduct nutrition-related training programs for internal team member.
9. Act as a company spokesperson on nutritional matters.
Qualifications:
1. Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field.
