Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile multitask clerk to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile accessory retail shops and repair service center, as well as enhancing our online presence through marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing various marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks in the office, including data entry, record keeping, and document organization.
Act as a liaison between the office, warehouse, repair service center and retail shops, ensuring efficient communication.
Inventory Management:
Maintain and update inventory records for mobile accessories and repair service parts.
Coordinate stock replenishment and perform regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Customer Service:
Respond to inquiries from B2B mobile shops regarding our mobile repair services and pricing.
Handle inquiries from end customers on online platforms (e.g., Facebook, Carousell) regarding mobile repair services.
Provide information, guidance, and support to clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Marketing:
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring accurate product listings, mobile repair price lists, and other relevant information.
Manage and update posts on various social media platforms to engage with customers and promote our products and services.
Maintain product lists and mobile repair price lists, ensuring they are up-to-date.
Manage and update customer/membership databases to support targeted marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or relevant field is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Knowledge of mobile accessories and repair services is a plus.
Basic understanding of website management and social media platforms.
