Full job description
1. To organize and ensure the smooth implementation of all ONLINE & OFFLINE marketing, advertising, events, product launch and promotion campaigns.
2. Co-operate with in-house Digital team for company social media channels for marketing promotion on daily basis by sourcing and sharing daily contents that builds meaningful connections and encourages target customers to take actions.
3. To provide onsite retail and event support and other related assignments.
4. To attend events to facilitate operations and responds to emergencies, problems, ensures all aspects of events are implemented and controlled according to plan.
5. To arrange product training; allocate/hire promoters, potential events sourcing and booking.
6. To allocate and distribute A&P materials to branches, retail outlets and resellers.
7. To liaise with in-house designer and vendor, and develop marketing collaterals (brochures, leaflets, posters and etc).
8. To work closely and support others team such as retail outlets, operation, accounts, warehouse and other departments in the administration of daily marketing tasks and duties smoothly and efficiently.
9. To generate reports for effectiveness of marketing projects/activities.
10. Other duties assigned by the management.

Job Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand and marketing roles, with a strong emphasis on strong Social Media & Digital Advertising experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin literate is a bonus as the role may require engagement with mandarin speaking client
