Job Description (Including specific duties and tasks):

1. To do sales and marketing of building material for PKNS related projects and other projects
2. To penetrate open accounts jobs
3. To promote vendor products
4. Monitor and track outstanding invoices and overdue payments from clients.  Proactively contact customers to remind them of payment obligations and facilitate the collection process
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with  contractors, developers, suppliers and other key stakeholders in the construction industry. Understand their needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements
6. Liaise with suppliers to negotiate for better pricing of building materials

Qualification & Experience:

1. Minimum qualification degree in Marketing or equivalent
2. At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction industry
3. Age between 25 to 35 years old
4. Willing to work in contract basis
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Computer literate

About this role;

We are looking for an energetic, go-getter and results driven Director of Sales and Marketing.
Works closely with the General Manager to determine appropriate sales strategies in all market segments towards maximizing the resort revenues. The director of sales and marketing is responsible for driving revenue to the property through sales and marketing tactics.
The director of sales and marketing also creates an effective revenue management strategy to ensure the resort’s profitability in all market conditions through sales and marketing strategies.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Manage, lead, and develop the resort sales & marketing team to support the sales and marketing strategies and to deliver exceptional, profitable sales growth and results.
• Provide strategic sales and marketing leadership to ensure the resort achieves profitable revenue growth, continues to increase market share, develop innovative selling competencies, and builds a sustainable industry leadership position for the resort.
• He/she is also responsible for maximum occupancy of conferences and banquettes to optimize general business opportunities.
• Advise the resort management team on sales and marketing direction, competitors, marketing trends, including e-marketing and distribution technology trends.
• Fully understand how the resort is regarded in the community in conjunction with a thorough knowledge of the competitive situation in terms of business mix of competitors, pricing and rate structures, sales and advertising strategies and future resort planning within the community.
• Meets sales and marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements and
  preparing annual budgets.
• Create excellent client relationships through attention to detail; prompt follow up and empathy for customer perceptions and needs whilst maintaining professionalism.
• Suggests innovative marketing ideas and proactively develops deployment strategies to continue to grow market share for the property.
• Develops strong community and public relations by ensuring property participation in local, and national tradeshows and client events.
• Identifies public relations opportunities and coordinates activities to augment the overall marketing communication strategy.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills;

• Degree in Business Management/Hospitality Management or related fields.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a senior leadership role in Sales & Marketing in the hospitality industry.

You will assist and support the Marketing Team in the process of the development of Marketing campaigns that will drive user growth and market share.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and schedule engaging posts to promote across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Telegram, and others as required.

• Assist in managing daily comments and messages received across social media platforms. Ensure timely responses and provide relevant information to users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage retail marketing team to support the marketing plan and achieve business objectives. 

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to drive sales and brand awareness of offline retail channels. 

• Collaborate with the sales and operation team to create and execute promotional campaigns, including in-store displays, training, product demonstration, offline advertising, and other marketing initiatives. 

• Work closely with the marketing and purchasing team to identify product trends, features, and benefits that resonate with our target audience.
