You will be involved in securing film distribution deals with film licensors, planning film distribution
budgets, ad spaces and costings ensuring films obtain optimal publicity and box office revenue
throughout the theatrical run. Responsible to liaise closely with media, promotional partners and be
active in social media postings. In addition, to ensure the smooth running and accurate documentation
of department administrative functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Build relationships with film licensors to secure film distribution deals for the company
2. Work closely with film licensors and plan film distribution budgets, advertising spaces and costing
3. Secure optimal release of films with all film exhibitors
4. Strategize marketing plans to optimize box office results Discussing and planning of film budgets, advertising spaces and costings:

5. Liaising with media on movie screenings and assisting them with film information:
a) Making hall booking and liaising with Sales team
b) Ensuring logistics memo all done according to requirements

6. Liaising with promotional partners for movie previews/contest giveaways:
a) Planning for a list of potential partners to work on
b) Planning the number of tickets for promotional partners
c) Checking their contest giveaways and ensure all details are right
d) Sending redemption details to partners and ensuring that promotional partners get the right redemption detail
7. Liaising with designers for artwork edits and video edits:
a) Follow up with designers on artwork
b) Updating designer with licensor’s comments and follow up on revised artworks

8. Administrative support
a) Update film web information
b) Update all Filemaker databases A&P
c) Generate Requisition Forms and Purchase orders
d) Sending advertising spaces contract

f) Uploading videos to Youtube, creating e-posters
g) Checking and aligning of invoices, recording details into Filemaker
h) Booking and scheduling e-signature
i) Any other ad-hoc projects assigned
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:
