As the Go To Market (GTM) Lead for Australia, you will be responsible for growth and profitability for your market. You will work with our Finance and Strategy (F&S) team, Product Management, and other functional leads to set growth goals, develop a GTM strategy to achieve those goals, and lead and partner with functional experts in your market (i.e., Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success) to implement this strategy. You will understand the needs and experiences of your customers, and ensure that Square’s products have product market fit to generate long-term Square value within your market. You will translate your vision into a product and GTM roadmap and gain agreement across all counterparts.
You will report to Square’s International and Partnerships Lead and directly manage individuals spanning the Product Marketing and Strategy and Planning functions and indirectly manage (i.e. dotted-line) the rest of the GTM functions for your region (e.g. Sales, Central Marketing, Partnerships, Account Management). Over time, depending on experience, functional alignment, and success in the market, there may be a path to directly manage these functions as well.

PS Business Development is a newly established team in Fiscal Year 25. Public business is a major growth area in Japan, and there is a growing momentum to drive Japan's growth through public-private co-creation. About the Role
Industry Advisor will engage in Go-To-Market activities for the public sector (mainly government agencies and municipalities), namely, promotion of sales activities for Public Sector Solutions, which are Industry Cloud solutions tailored for the public sector, development of various contents for public sales, and Industry Marketing activities. As an advisor with industry insights, they will provide education and advice to Public Sector Account Executives and Solution Engineers. Additionally, Industry Advisor will collaborate with sales representatives to implement infrastructure development for Salesforce's public sector business expansion and propose solutions for addressing social issues.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Go To Market activities for Industry Cloud (Public Sector Solutions) and contribute to achieving sales and pipeline generation targets.
Maintain close communication with the global team, utilizing overseas trends and advanced cases to create sales-oriented content and demo scenarios reflecting the latest industry trends and technology developments. Also, conduct Enablement for sales representatives and provide advice and support regarding Pipegen.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct Pipegen activities utilizing Salesforce's own events and external marketing events and channels. This includes planning, creating content for attracting participants, conducting Enablement for sales, and speaking at events.
Lead collaborative activities involving industry, government, academia, and the public to address social issues, thereby contributing to the expansion of Salesforce's business, particularly in generating big deals.
Support the establishment of necessary infrastructure for expanding government-related businesses (especially measures for Government Cloud, utilization of DMP, and setting Government Prices).

The Role:
As the Executive Assistant, Go to Market (GTM) Search, this individual is responsible for providing EA support to the Global Managing Partner, Head of Search, GTM and the Directors of Search, GTM with the strategic and operational initiatives of the GTM Search team and broader enterprise, which will further the organization’s position as an industry leader in executive search, leadership assessment & development, team & organization effectiveness, culture shaping, on-demand talent and digital solutions. Introduction Month
During your first month you will have extensive onboarding enablement in a Salesforce-like academy, where you will:
First Rotation (3 Month rotation)
During this Graduate Program you will have the opportunity to experience the Sales Graduate Path and the Solution Engineering Graduate Path. The structure for both are similar, for both you will spend 60% of your time immersed in the role, you will have clear tasks, clear targets and you will align with key stakeholders and the other 40% of your time will be spent on role specific learning. You will be paired with mentors/buddys with experience in the path.
Second Rotation ( 3 Month Rotation)
If during your first rotation you completed the Solution Engineering Graduate Rotation, then you will join the Sales Graduate Rotation from month 5 through to 7 and vice versa.
Third Rotation ( 3 Month Rotation)
Having completed both paths for your 3rd Rotation you can state your preference for your final 3 months.
At the end of each rotation there will be a required certification to test your skills and business acumen.
Once successful during the certification process you will then be eligible to panel for promotion.

New entry level Team Members who successfully complete their first 90-days of employment and who remain actively employed in an eligible role, may be eligible for a base rate increase after their 90-day anniversary.

The wage range for this position is $17.00 - $25.40 USD Hourly, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers “Whole Benefits". Whole Benefits may include health insurance, retirement plan benefits, eligibility for a store discount, paid time off and access to other benefit programs. Eligibility for Whole Benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable Whole Benefits plan.
