Clinical The reception, diagnosis and emergency treatment of patients presenting to the adult Emergency Department. The successful candidate will be given supervision and support from senior medical staff to develop competency in the autonomous clinical management of these patients whilst ensuring patient safety. This post is based in the adult Emergency Department and no sessions will be undertaken in the paediatric Emergency Department. There is close liaison between ED and ICU at BRI. Patients referred to Specialist Units within the hospital are the responsibility of that specialist team, who will see the patient in the Emergency Department and arrange appropriate care. However, medical and nursing staff in the ED are responsible for any emergency care necessary. This shared care is seamless and collaborative. Managerial The management responsibility of the post holder will be to the Clinical Director who is responsible to the Chief Executive and Trust Board. Clinical Audit and Clinical Governance The post holder must be aware of clinical governance and clinical risk management and take an active part in their implementation, including audit. Clinical audit is established at the BRI. They will participate in at least one supervised audit project during the 12 month post and will be encouraged to attend interdisciplinary clinical governance meetings On-Call Commitment In ED the roster is a full shift system. Summary:

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Finance, Business, Law, or equivalent;
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Compliance and Audit;
• Hands on experience in governance and internal controls;
• Experience in legal contracts with attention to detail;
• Should have report writing experience and support administrative paperwork;
• Ability to work well with key business partners and internal Audit and IT teams in a collaborative manner

Responsibilities:

• Provide compliance and audit support to the business unit;
• Work closely with internal auditors ensuring all processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Review regulatory changes and make necessary revisions to the policies and procedures;
• Involved with legal contract writing and audit support;
• Monitoring and reporting on audit progress in the management meetings;
• Take charge of compliance related activities;
• Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals.

Job Scope:

• Generate and organize monthly sales performance KPIs to track business growth.
• Analyze sales standards and translate data for trend insights to improve marketing and sales strategies.
• Provide clear, timely reports with analysis, collaborating closely with the Account Management team to understand customer behaviors.
• Assist in compliance case administration and investigation.
• Support planning and execution of company events.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Analytics and Statistics.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and meticulous work ethic.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Experience with MicroStrategy Analytics platform is advantageous.
