• Assist in managing project priorities, conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance
• Assist in conducting retrospective and root cause analysis to help teams improve their practices relentlessly to ensure maximum productivity
• Provide leadership in facilitating agile & scrum activities

Requirements:

• Pursuing a BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
• Understanding of software & system design, platform architecture will be a plus
• Understanding of agile methodologies and scrum approach
• Highly self-motivated, a team-player and ready to make an impact
• Good time management, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong organisational skills with good influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
