• Plan and monitor supply chain operations.

Objectives of the position:

To support the daily operations and administrations for both the logistics and warehouses

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inventory management
• Ordering packaging materials for warehouse
• Receive incoming stock and enter into the system in a timely manner
• Generate pick and pack list and documents of outgoing shipments
• Generate and update stock reports
• Maintenance of storage area in the system
• Liaise with different stake holders (internal and external to arrange movement of stock from warehouse, external stakeholders & customers)
• Assist in inventory management including inventory reconciliation and physical stock take at month end or other frequencies for various warehouses

• Timely update of records on containers and trucks IN/OUT schedules daily
• Ensure proper filing of shipping documents in hardcopies checked against shipment checklist and softcopies in the server
