A law firm based in Liverpool Street is seeking an Administrator, paying up to £27,000 on a 6 month contract, to help support their team of Legal Secretaries.

The Administrator will be supporting one of the biggest and rapidly growing teams in the business and will be assisting during a team during an extremely busy period for them.

This role will be 5 days in the office due to the nature of the duties.

The role will involve the following:

• Diary management for the fee earners
• Travel itineraries and accommodation booking
• General administrative support for the department including archiving, photocopying and filing
• Receive phone calls from clients; routing them or taking messages as appropriate, and liaise with external clients
• Assisting with invoicing including raising PO numbers
• Produce and maintain case lists and spreadsheets
• Organise and maintain tidy and accurate files both in hard copy and electronically
• Document processing
• Formatting documents and any other relevant documentation
• General office support, such as providing assistance to colleagues, stationary stock control and other ad hoc duties such as delivery of documents to Court/clients

The ideal candidate will come from an admin background and will have at least 6 months experience working in a professional office. You will have a can do attitude and be proactive in your approach to work. Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and enjoy working to multiple deadlines.

Summary of the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at the Doctoral Academy. In this role, you will provide essential support in delivering funders' reporting activities, managing correspondence, and offering guidance to supervisors and Postgraduate Researchers. You will also act as the first point of contact for Postgraduate Research operations and assist with event management and other operational duties as required.
