RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Country CEO, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategies, policies, and protocols to uphold adherence to pertinent laws, regulations, and industry norms. This involves offering advice on legal and regulatory matters to senior leadership and business sectors. Your expertise will be instrumental in supervising the creation and upkeep of compliance initiatives, which encompasses coordinating training and awareness efforts.
A key aspect of the role entails nurturing relationships with regulatory authorities and ensuring prompt and precise reporting. REQUIREMENTS:
You should be degree educated with at least 15 years of relevant experience, ideally in both traditional banks and fintechs. You should showcase a profound comprehension of legal and compliance frameworks. A robust understanding of pertinent laws, regulations, and best practices, particularly in domains like banking, securities, and anti-money laundering, is essential. Furthermore, exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are required, enabling them to navigate intricate legal and regulatory landscapes effectively.
The candidate should exhibit outstanding leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) would be highly advantageous.

Scope of work:
1. To supervise work done on the Air-con unit in the room which carry by the workers or sub-contractor.
2. To monitor the daily safety and on-site schedule, check review drawing plan, spec, method of statement, work procedures, and rectification work on site.
3. To highlight and feedback if any irregularities, to the employer or consultants. Monitor work process and assignment given, prepare defect list if any, and ensure statutorily. Requirements are compiled by the authority.

Reporting to Director, the successful candidate is responsible for managing Technology Transfer for the university, namely, managing the Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio arising from research output.
