The Role

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology or a related field
• 7+ years of program/project management experience
• 3+ years of experience working on legal, compliance and/or risk management related projects
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 or other relevant project management certification(s)
• High proficiency in Google Workspace/Suite, Microsoft Suite and other collaboration tools / cloud services (e.g. Asana, Quip, etc.)
• Proven ability to lead and execute on complex projects throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, and managing a diverse set of stakeholders and cross-functional teams from initiation through to close
• Experience with regulatory and compliance matters affecting the technology industry (e.g., regulatory compliance, privacy, security, content and competition issues)
• Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment and under tight timelines to deliver high-quality results/outputs
• Experience leading departmental and enterprise-wide projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape, trends and upcoming legislation impacting technology companies (preferably specific to APAC)
• Proven ability to collaborate with partners across multiple disciplines, functions and managing various time zones

Duties of a New Business Assistant:

• General clerical and administrative duties, including greeting clients on the phone and in person and scanning and photocopying paperwork.
• Navigate the case management system to prepare correspondence.
• Administering the storage, retrieval, opening and closing of client files.
• Prepare outgoing mail and enclosures.

Requirements of a New Business Assistant:

• A background in residential conveyancing is desirable.
• Possess the ability to work quickly at a high level of accuracy.
• Professional and pleasant written and verbal communication style.
