Job Scope
Leave Administration –
Manage end-to-end leave processes including monitoring of the email inbox, supporting queries
in leave management and entitlement policies, computing the leave balance for HR BP and Payroll team, maintaining the
internal communications on leave administration, preparing leave accrual reports for Finance and other reports for
management reporting.
Training Administration –
Manage end-to-end training administration processes including monitoring of the email inbox,
maintaining the course catalogue, tracking attendances and feedbacks, event management, sending email reminders to
employees who have yet to complete their required training hours, preparing of training reports, agreements, and SOWs.
Audit – Maintain a secured archival to support annual and ad-hoc audit exercises.
Government Paid Claims – Process, submit and follow-up on government-paid claims such as but not limited to national
service, maternity, paternity, childcare, shared parental leave, and adoption leave. Monitor and report the status of the
claims. Interact and follow-up with employees on claims matters including outstanding documents.
Requirements
Minimum ‘A’ Levels or Diploma
Minimum 1 year working experience in leave and training (and grants) administration, payroll processing
experience, preferably with knowledge of SuccessFactors systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, minimally Intermediate level
Special Knowledge or Skills:
Individuals with customer-facing experience will be preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Meticulous and have a keen eye for details with an inquiring mind.
Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TRAINER | HIGH WYCOMBE
We’re looking for a fabulous Trainer to join our Learning & Development team and play a key role in induction training, team development and operational excellence.
You’ll work with the wider L&D function with the delivery of initiatives and support the ongoing development of our Store Teams within your areas of responsibility.
This is a field based role looking after our stores across the UK and ROI.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Liaise with our Area Managers and our Training Manager to identify and agree training requirements to deliver training plans to our Store Teams. You’ll gather and deliver relevant evidence-based feedback to the Training Manager and Area Managers once training activities have been completed.
· Assist in the creation and delivery of training programmes that encourage, enhance and support performance and drive customer engagement.
· Support the Store Manager induction through the completion of training curriculums within the agreed timescales, providing support during their first weeks in store, completing the required reports on their progress and ensuring you provide relevant feedback on performance.
· Support in the planning and delivery of additional learning and development initiatives for The Perfume Shop including at Head Office and in The Perfume Shop Warehouse.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
· A passion for developing people and operational knowledge of retail. You’re innovative, creative and can share new ideas.
· You’re keen to travel to explore and support The Perfume Shop in the field.
· Have done or are keen to complete an L&D Practitioner Apprenticeship (or equivalent qualification).
· A full driving licence as nationwide travel will be required including UK & ROI.
· Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, you have confidence to deliver training to individuals or groups.
· Good organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priotities.
