Job Summary

The role involves various duties including but not limited to:

• Accurately and quickly log, assign and / or escalate support tickets through company CRM
• Customer Support via remote applications, phone and email
• Onsite Support where required
• Software and Hardware Testing
• End to End system installations
  End User Training
• After Hours support on a rotating roster
   

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Required Skill(s): MySQL, Microsoft Office, PHP,
  Basic Server, Workstation and basic Technical troubleshooting skills is an added advantage.
• Proficiency or familiarity with operating system (Windows, Linux) setup, diagnosis, and basic user operations.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must have a sense of responsibility, Good Communication skills
• Possess own transportation is an added advantage.
