• Evaluate and establish contacts with potential labels/artists
• Participation in the negotiation and signing of partnerships with customers and proposal of best deal structure
• Analyse and track digital streaming performance, in-app placements and other related business processes

2. Grow, retain and delight existing labels/artists

• Grow content for labels/artists and optimize content performance on the platform through strategic actions and use of Believe's tools
• Coordinate with regional and global Editorial Marketing Partnership and Video Audience Development teams to obtain the best platform resources for customers
• Ensure optimal retainment of existing artists and labels on the best partnership structure
• Delight existing artists and labels with structured reviews and understand the real needs of customers with a quick response, and iterative improvement of service quality
