Responsibilities

• Define and set the vision for the module, ensuring alignment to the overall product vision and between internal stakeholders (Business Development, Marketing, Customer Support) and external stakeholders (Clients, Vendor, Solution provider) with the overall solution and organization objectives.
• Prepare related document, process and procedure that is required to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment within the section /department.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams from Engineering, Design, QA, Support, Business Development, and Finance to understand their perspectives and ensure module success.
• Collaborate with end-users, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and markets (peeking into market trends, competitor product and emerging technologies) to understand the needs and pain points (if any).
• Transform needs, identified defects, and technical debts into high-level product requirements and/or user stories with prioritization based on factors such as user value, business impact, feasibility, and alignment to overall product vision.
• Determine what gets released and when it will be released by coordinating with Engineering and QA teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in performing UATs to align with initial vision and meet user needs.
• Work with teams to ensure appropriate documentation is ready such as User Manual, Help articles (FAQs) or internal training resources.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use this metric to measure success of a feature on the POS system in meeting its objectives from business and user perspectives. This can be in the form of Engagement, Business Outcome, and User satisfaction metrics.
• Prepare any process and procedure within the section that is required to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.

Requirements & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar role is required for this position.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• A record of accomplishment following through on commitments.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Familiar and adept with agile management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and ClickUp.
• Certified Scrum Master from institutions such as Scrum study.
• Possess technical acumen with sound understanding of software development processes, technical architecture, and system integration.
• Ability to visualize the bigger picture in setting product directions and long-term roadmaps.
• Comfortable in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
• Ability to identify challenges and devise effective solutions.
• Ability to negotiate in balancing the needs of customers, the capabilities of the engineering team and the goals of the organization.
• Adept in using design tools especially Figma and Adobe XD (Usability and Customer Experience).
• Devise product strategy and assist Product Lead in defining Customer Experience > User Experience > User Interface to cater broad user that will be using the product (Usability and Customer Experience).

The Job:

• Sharp commercial acumen and self-driven inquisitiveness to drive insights which yield incremental business performance including sales
• Conduct in-depth data analysis, data modeling and use of statistical methods to effectively support the development and refinement of strategic initiatives.

The Person:

• Possesses at least 5-10 years of hands-on experience in data analytics and business strategy.
• Attention to details and being able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
• Can communicate well and work closely with different people from various teams to understand the process/business/problem well to better handle the task at hand.
• Possesses good verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a positive attitude and see challenges as opportunities.
• Expert in performing data queries, extraction, manipulation, and analysis with tools like SQL, Python, Pandas, and Apache Spark Dataframes.
• Deep familiarity in using BI tools such as Power BI and Google Looker Studio to produce automated dashboards. 
• Deep familiarity in using spreadsheet tools such as M/S Excel and Google Sheet.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts (regression, statistical tests, etc).

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, App Store Connect, Google Play Console will be advantageous.
