Responsibilities:
• Develop IT strategies in alignment with Company business objectives.
• Oversee and ensure proper and continuous support for all Operations and Business applications.
• Develop, enhance, or implement relevant IT and OT policies, procedures / processes taking reference with best industry practices.
• Develop, enhance, and operationalize the IT and OT Disaster Recovery Plan and Incident Response Plan within the Business Continuity Plan.
• Implement cyber security protection, measures, and systems to effectively protect the company against potential cyber threats or attacks.
• Implement systems to enable and facilitate efficient remote work environment for the entire Company.
• Develop the IT human resources and set suitable performance targets / objectives. Conduct appraisals to improve their performance and skill levels.
• Work with Senior Management, Board of Directors, Authorities, and vendors.
• Stay abreast of technological trends and advancements and recommend new technologies that could improve the Company's efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and manage the IT and OT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in technology spending.

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or IT discipline with 5-8 years of working experience in relevant fields.
• Relevant IT, OT and Telco experience.
• Good experience and knowledge in the operation of Telco OSS/BSS.
• Planned and implemented Cyber Security protection measures or schemes.
• Familiar with relevant Standards, eg ITIL or eTOM.
• Program / Project management skills
• Contract negotiation skills
• Write and communicate well in English language.
• Good track record in delivering IT related project /programs of various complexities.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, communication and presentation skills

2. Sourcing of office spaces externally and to negotiate best value rental rates and leasing terms with potential landlords.
Financial Management
1. Responsible for the financial and budgetary aspects of Departments providing services.
2. Ensure adequate resources are provided for programmes commensurate to performance and expectations.
3. Evaluate financial performance of existing services and operations.
4. Manage expenses of existing operations.
External Control
1. Maintain positive relations with external organizations to ensure Hospital programs and services reflect industry requirements.
2. Participate in Emergency Planning and play a key role during times of emergency.
3. Assist COO in the Emergency Preparedness Committee to assist in the spearheading of hospital's emergency preparedness programme and activities.

1. Degree or Masters with minimum 10 years’ experience in Healthcare/Hospital Operations
