Strategic IT Management: Collaborate with the BA's leadership to align and execute the IT strategy with the Group's. Manage the IT budget, vendor contracts, and a team of business partners and project managers to ensure effective collaboration with other IT teams.

Service Excellence: Ensure high-quality IT services by meeting Service Level Agreement targets. Engage with BA stakeholders to incorporate their IT needs into Group IT plans and facilitate successful implementation of Group IT initiatives.

Project Oversight: Supervise the BA's IT project portfolio, ensuring projects meet objectives. Mentor project managers and, when necessary, manage key programs or projects, including project planning, budget management, and resource allocation.

IT Governance and Compliance: Promote the adoption of Group IT policies, procedures, and best practices by local and overseas business units within the BA. Provide guidance on IT governance and security requirements for operational systems, ensuring compliance.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• Possession of a certified IT Project Management qualification.
• A minimum of 12 years of IT expertise, including 5 years in a leadership role as an IT director or deputy director.
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure and security systems, web/portal application development, and SAP Enterprise Resource Planning systems and processes.
• A track record of successfully leading the implementation of several medium-to-large scale IT projects, each with a value exceeding S$1 million.
• Bonus points for experience within an IT shared services organization in a business partnership capacity.

Job Description

As a Oracle Fusion Specialist, you are responsible for:

• Facilitate communication between business and global IT for Oracle Fusion Cloud technical support.
• Proactively monitor integrations, ensuring system availability meets SLA.
• Interact with users to troubleshoot issues and perform bug fixes and performance enhancements on integration and reports.
• Coordinate with sub-system owners for file re-processing and REST service re-triggering.
• Provide after-hours support for non-Singapore users.
• Collaborate with INFRA team on deploying technical objects to Fusion/OIC Live environment.
• Design, develop, test, and document custom integrations and reports.

The Successful Applicant
