Learning & Development
1. Assist to develop yearly Learning & Development plan and budget for management approval
2. Responsible for the delivery of end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) programs including sourcing of training providers, training coordination with relevant parties, analysis of training effectiveness and etc
3. Assist in driving Training Needs Analysis with Head of Departments to better gauge training needs among employees
4. Constantly sourcing for external technical programs and webinar to cater employees training needs
5. Monitor HRDC grant matters such as HRDC grant application, claim status and etc
6. Ensure the accuracy of training information in the HR system and generate report for analysis purpose
Employee Engagement
1. Develop yearly Employee Engagement plan and budget for management approval
2. Design and plan the annual activities content and adhoc activities (if any) 3. Ensure timely execution of engagement activities
4. Coordination of employee engagement activities including liaising with vendors, logistic arrangement and etc
5. Assist in carrying out Employee Satisfaction Survey annually
Others
1. Maintain good relationship with all levels of employees and collect genuine feedback from them after events in order to gauge and listen to the voices from ground
2. Prepare monthly report for management review
3. Assist in Sustainability Report by providing Learning & Development and Employee Engagement data
