Bertanggungjawab menjalankan tugas-tugas pengurusan kewangan sepenuh masa di peringkat Kumpulan Sokongan berhubung urusan-urusan kawalan belanjawan, kewangan am, terimaan, perolehan, bayaran emolumen, pembayaran dan akaun.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to prepare a full set of accounts and perform Bookkeeping functions on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis for oversea clients’ portfolios from various industries;
• Able to prepare and compile financial and management reports
• Experience in basic bookkeeping, and performing data entry for different types of companies and businesses with accounting software

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Accounting/Associate degree in Accountancy/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent;
• Work experience in a CPA firm would be an added advantage
• Strong accounting, taxation, and payroll knowledge
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software e.g. MYOB, Autocount, Peachtree, SQL.

Jobs Responsibilities:

Account Assistant :

Handling account receivables and payables
Assist in preparing financial report
Processing and tracking payments
Performing bank reconciliation of account
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
Recording and filing cash transactions

Account Executive :

Responsible monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet (Full set of account).
Responsible for financial analysis.
Handle daily finance operations, which includes but not limited to General Ledger, General Journals.
Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers in relation to annual audit.
Liaise with suppliers on invoice and payment matters.
Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and forecasting.
