You will play an important role, such as:
- Assist in developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent and retain existing employees.
- Create engaging content for our careers page, social media platforms, and job postings that reflect our company culture and values.
- Conduct market research to understand current trends in employer branding, including competitor analysis and best practices in the industry.
- Support the organization of internal events and initiatives that promote a positive work culture, enhancing our employer brand from within.
- Collect and analyse feedback from current and former employees to identify strengths and areas for improvement in our employer branding efforts.
- Work closely with HR to ensure consistency in our employer brand across all channels.
