Position Summary:
The Sr. Financial Analyst will report to Illumina’s R&D Finance team. The successful candidate will support budget planning, forecasts, monthly operational/financial reviews and other ad hoc projects in support of the Research and Development Organization. This person will utilize strong business acumen, deep financial expertise and solid communication to become an effective partner within the organization.

The estimated base salary range for the Senior Financial Analyst, R&D (Hybrid) role based in the United States of America is: $80,900 - $121,300. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package. Il/elle soutient les responsables R&D pour toutes les questions financières liées aux investissements, veillant à ce que les objectifs locaux de la fonction soient bien traduits et suivis en termes financiers.
Au-delà des activités de contrôle, le Controller - R&D - Projects & CapEx R&D joue également un rôle actif dans le domaine des projets d'innovation nécessitant des investissements.
En tant que, Controller - R&D - Projects & CapEx R&D vos principales missions seront :
Contrôle local de la R&D / Centre de R&D Lestrem :
Gestion et participation à l'élaboration du budget, aux prévisions / Activités d'investissement et de pilotage,
Rapports mensuels sur les activités d'investissement et de pilotage, à la fois macroscopiques et détaillés / Activités d'investissement et de pilotage,
Soutien aux responsables des sous-fonctions R&D avec des analyses approfondies et des informations,
Soutien aux responsables des sous-fonctions R&D avec des propositions d'arbitrage parmi les lignes de crédit d'investissement en cas de besoin,
Supervision de la création des structures WBS/Ordres internes, conformément à la politique locale en matière d'actifs fixes établie par l'entité,
Contrôle industriel des activités pilotes de R&D,
Conversion des coûts fixes en investissements, lorsque les règles de capitalisation fixées par l'entité sont respectées,
Innovation mondiale en R&D :
Évaluation de la rentabilité de plusieurs projets d'innovation en tant que membre de l'équipe principale,
Évaluation du coût des principaux projets d'innovation et des nouveaux produits alignés techniquement avec les bilans massiques et les schémas de flux de processus conçus par le processus R&D (lorsqu'ils sont disponibles),
Gestion locale du portefeuille de projets en R&D :
