Responsibilities:

• Film videos on set or on location.

Requirements:

Video Production:

• Plan from pre-production, production and post-production of video live stream, pre-recording and video shoot projects
• Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media,
• Bringing raw media to life by organizing and editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling adding music/voice-over/sfx media management and archiving project media
• Scriptwriting and story boarding
• Work closely with the editorial and studio teams
• Coordination and schedule logistical requirements for photo and video shoots
• Manage technical aspects including responsible maintenance and care for gears and equipment

Social Media Management:

• Preparing videos for online posting using the relevant descriptions and links
• Writing initial copy of video posts
• Handle posting of online (mostly video material) to the various social media platforms as well as the website.

Photography (Minor)

• Composing of shots, framing, colour and light to create visually appealing photographs
• Supplying of images for use usually for online content, especially in relation to video publishing.
• Enhance the subject/object’s appearance with natural or artificial light

Requirements:

• Proficiency with video editing and photography
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Proficient with video editing software especially with Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Colour grading and motion graphics knowledge is a plus
• Basic knowledge operating DSLR cameras, audio and lighting equipment
• Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to produce quality work in a fast -paced environment.
• Well-organised and a self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects.

Join us as Post Producer/Editor:

We are looking for a Singapore-based Post Producer/Editor with at least 3-5 years of media industry experience, able to lead production team and delegate tasks effectively ina fast-paced environment.

The Post Producer/Editor’s role is to oversee all components under the Post Production phase including video editing, audio editing and voiceover recording, motion graphics or animation, VFX, colour grading, quality control and admin to ensure the video meets legal requirements.

You will be responsible to manage your team to ensure the content is delivered with the best quality standards successfully to the client’s brief and within deadlines. This role requires solid technical understanding as well as strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Running day-to-day management of the post production crew.
• Quality control to ensure creative intent is matched. Specific focus to be placed on edit, colour, sound mix, music, VFX and credits to confirm all versions are correct.
• Mentoring and guiding post production team while ensuring a good work flow and an atmosphere of cooperation
• Ensure that all tasks in the final stages of a project's production are finished on time and within budget through post-production, final delivery and archival.
• General Post-Production duties; which may include ingesting of media, delivering links to Producers and general troubleshooting.
• Estimate the scope of work using industry-standard methods.
• Manage client and partner relationships from inception to launch by conducting regular calls/meetings, monitoring, escalating project risks, soliciting client/partner feedback and making modifications to deliverables.
• Effectively lead and manage your team to ensure cohesive work flow.
