We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales target.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes, share best practices, and achieve team goals.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to the management team.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand networks and promote our products/services.
Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and effectively present information.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, - Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master Degree, any field.
Able to communicate proficiently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin dialect would be an additional advantage.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is confident in presentation.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Those with experience would be advantage.
