About Our Client
My client is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager, Medium Voltage switchgear and a transformer, to join their dynamic team in Singapore.
As the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive MV solution business sales through EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and contractors. You will serve as the main interface to extend licensee and my client's solutions to contractors and EPCs in selected segments.
Job Description
- Lead the development of product application knowledge with customers.
- Develop a strategic approach for consultants, contractors, and EPCs, emphasizing Transformer and MV switchgear projects.
- Drive business growth by engaging with EPCs and overseeing projects.
- Commit to and maintain the Quality Management System, implementing a process-driven approach and risk-based thinking.
- Communicate the significance of adhering to QMS requirements throughout the organization.
- Ensure that the QMS achieves its objectives and provide support to individuals contributing to its success.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or Science.
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in selling Power Distribution Assembly solutions.
- Established connections with EPCs, contractors, and global EPCs.
- Proficiency in Power Distribution solutions and systems, encompassing MV switchgears and transformers.
- Good understanding of components integral to Power Distribution.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of project go-to-market models.
