Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) en Communication et Marketing - Customer Care Centre (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir pour la division Commercial Aircraft sur son site de Blagnac - Wing Campus - Toulouse.
Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 30 personnes au sein du département « SBCB Operations and Business Efficiency - Airbus Customer Care Centre Operations » en charge du bon fonctionnement du support des opérations de tous les avions en service.
Cet apprentissage consistera à bâtir un plan de communication visant à faire connaitre et comprendre l'ambition et les objectifs de la nouvelle équipe internationale Customer Care Centre (1500 personnes).
Cet apprentissage débutera en Septembre / Octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 à 3 ans.
Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.
Tâches et responsabilités :
Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :
Définition, en collaboration avec l'équipe de communication Airbus et les équipes Customer Care Centre, d'un plan de communication et marketing interne pour assurer que les missions, rôles et responsabilités soient bien connues et comprises par l'ensemble des équipes internes avec lesquelles nous collaborons.
Définition, en collaboration avec l'équipe de communication Airbus, d'une stratégie de communication et marketing externe pour assurer que l'ambition soit bien connue et comprise par l'ensemble de nos clients (Compagnies aériennes, Centre de maintenance) et partenaires (Motoristes)
Participer à la construction d'un set d'outil de communication (Site web, présentation, evènements, etc...)
Compétences & Prérequis :
Vous allez intégrer une formation d’un niveau BAC +5 dans le domaine de l’ingénierie générale ou équivalent pour un apprentissage de 2 ou 3 ans.

An apprenticeship offer entitled « Apprentice in Communication and Marketing - Customer Care Centre (f/m) » has just opened within Commercial Aircraft division at its Blagnac - Wing Campus - Toulouse site.
You will be joining a team of 30 individuals within the "SBCB Operations and Business Efficiency - Airbus Customer Care Centre Operations" department, responsible for the smooth functioning of operational support for all aircraft in service.
This apprenticeship will involve building a communication plan aimed at raising awareness and understanding of the ambition and objectives of the new international Customer Care Centre team (1500 individuals)
This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 for a duration of 2 to 3 years.
Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:
Definition, in collaboration with the Airbus communication team and Customer Care Centre teams, of an internal communication and marketing plan to ensure that missions, roles, and responsibilities are well-known and understood by all internal teams we collaborate with.
Definition, in collaboration with the Airbus communication team, of an external communication and marketing strategy to ensure that the ambition is well-known and understood by all our clients (Airlines, Maintenance Centers) and partners (Engine Manufacturers).
Participation in the construction of a set of communication tools (website, presentations, events, etc.).
Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC +5 level training program in General engineering or equivalent for an apprenticeship duration of 2, or 3 years.
