Customer Service - Call Centre (Call Centre & Customer Service)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Project scope: Handling general inquiries related to billing and other concerns from customers.
Job scope:
Attend to customers' inquiries via inbound & outbound calls, in both Eng & Man.
Channels: Inbound & outbound calls, email (only for internal communication)
Requirements:
With at least 1-year of experience in customer service
Preference for candidates with Call Centre experience – Voice and non-voice
Fluent in both languages Eng & Man (Main Requirement, must be a mandarin speaker)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Swift typing skills
