Responsibilities:-

• Serve as the main point of contact with regards to all operational activities at The Possible Class.
• Source, procure, store, pack and arrange for delivery creative projects supplies and materials required for all creative sessions (classes, workshops, events or any ad hoc projects).
• Oversee the overall inventory management including stocktake, material cost management, material procurement and booking forecast, product performance review and forward planning.
• Support the management on the scheduling of classes/workshops and plan ahead on material procurement.
• Liaise with venue owners to co-ordinate materials delivery or pick-up in an orderly manner.
• Assist coaches in the setup of activity space ahead of the start of creative sessions.

Expectations

• Preferably with Diploma, Nitec or equivalent qualifications. Those with experience in creative and craft supplies procurement will have an added advantage.
• Available to work during weekends as well, if required.
• Good organisational skills, attention to details and resourceful.

This position is responsible to manage procurement processes and ensure strict adherence to Halal compliance standards, assisting in the sourcing of Halal-certified products and suppliers within Creative Eateries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensure that all procurement activities strictly adhere to Halal standards and regulations, including the sourcing of Halal-certified products and services

· Work with procurement team on tasks requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor interaction while considering Halal requirements.

· Filling of Halal certificates, supplier documents and record to ensure they follow Halal rules

· Coordinating delivery and logistics to outlets

· Liaise with Accounts, Operations, Outlets, Chefs and Supplier to ensure goods are received in satisfactory quality and quantity

· Establish good supplier relationships to facilitate the smooth procurement operations

· Update outlets on product changes and information/specifications

REQUIREMENTS

· Certification in Halal compliance is a plus

· Administrative skills are ideal

· Familiar with Microsoft Office

· Detail-Oriented with strong organizational skills

· Openness to learning and improving in the role

· Ability to work independently and in a team
