Requirement:
• Degree in Finance or ACCA or its equivalent.
• At least 2 to 5 years of working experiences in handling full set of accounts.
• Computer literate with good MS Office skills.
• Good team player with positive attitude and committed to ensuring deadlines are met.
• Meticulous, hands-on with a good eye for details.
• Must be independent, able to multi-task and work under minimal supervision in a fast-past environment.
• You should also possess good verbal and written communication skills as you will be liaising with various parties such as inter-company, head office, auditor and tax agent.
• Possess good working attitude and have strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
• Pro-actively solve problems.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal stakeholders, whether within the Finance department or in other functions.
• Audit experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Full set of accounts with good knowledge of AP/AR/GL.
• Journal entries for month-end and year end closing.
• Producing accurate management accounts based on specific deadlines.
• Cash flow management and control.
• Preparation of audit schedules.
• Prepares balance sheet reconciliation accurately and timely where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with audit, statutory requirements
• Filing of quarterly GST returns.
• Assist in statutory audit and income tax submission.
• Ad hoc accounting reports and reconciliation as required.
