Primary Purpose/Function of the role:
Lease Renewals, Expansions, and managing of reporting.
Essential Responsibilities:
Real Estate Lease Renewals. Consists of tracking critical dates, negotiating new lease terms with Landlords, handling the coordination of the execution of lease documents. This will be 40% of the role.
Real Estate Expansions (expanding of existing footprints). Expansions entail negotiating with existing Landlord as well as coordinating with facilities, architects, construction and legal. This is 40% of the role.
