Your new role
We are looking to recruit at Manager or Associate Director level. This role would be integrated into the wider Birmingham tax team, but also into the national ESG/Reward team. Someone with at least a few years specialist Reward/share schemes experience is required for this role rather than a generalist looking to specialise. We are also open to recruiting from law firms provided that they are already specialists.
What you'll get in return
Quality is very high - they go toe-to-toe with the Big 4 in this space. They can offer the right candidate a better culture than Big 4, but with a quality of work that matches them and strong progression opportunities. They are growing rapidly - c. 30% growth last year.
They also do tax valuation work from within the Reward team and generally have the team cover all aspects of Reward work i.e. the structuring, tax advice, valuations and drafting rather than splitting this into sub-teams. Fully training missing technical gaps in experience.
