Our client a fully licensed and regulated asset management firm based in Singapore is seeking an Investment Operations Assistant for their Private Markets team. Specializing in advising and coordinating fund structures across private equity, venture capital, real estate, and other strategies, this role offers exposure to the full fund cycle and operational support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for fund operations, deal support, compliance, and business-related needs across various Private Market strategies.
• Participate in fund launches, project management activities, and day-to-day operational duties.
• Collaborate with external service providers and internal teams including portfolio management and compliance.

Requirements:

• Background in accounting, finance, statistics, or business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with numbers.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of VBA is preferred.

Job Scope:
