Responsibilities: 

-Oversee Brandstores construction projects from conception, location sourcing to completion

-Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

-Coordinate and direct subcontractors to ensure completion on time

-Meet contractual conditions of performance

-Review the work progress on daily basis

-Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

-Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

-Analyze, manage and mitigate risks

Scope of Role

This role will be reporting to Head of Business Planning and Operational Excellence, Express & Flex. You will primarily be driving business planning initiatives within the organisation. You will play a critical role in developing business strategies required to make JobStreet Express a viable business across the 6 SEEK Asia markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with JobStreet Express Leadership Team to develop Business Plans in alignment with Express & Flex business goals and objectives, which includes.
• Development of cases required for a viable business which may include conducting market entry and research for Express and Flex.
• Coordinate and drive development of annual budget and forecasts. Able to translate cash to investment, annual budget & country targets.
• Collaborate with Finance and country teams to ensure healthy allocation and utilisation of countries annual budget.
• Periodic management reporting on business health and progress including, QBR, MBR, town hall, board meeting and investor relations

• To be responsible for overall project management in ensuring the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues and project scheduling requirements are met
• To support with the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
• To identify and ensure that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health and environment issues
• To maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project
• To manage the implementation of the master programme, manpower, materials & plant schedules
• Responsible for the project planning, including producing the detailed project plan
• To lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team
• To manage the change control process
• To monitor and advise upon project finances
• To manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
• To prepare master programme, formal project progress and other reports
• To take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages

• To ensure that key information and learning generated from each project is input into the Turner & Townsend internal database

• Build relationships with business, operations, IT and vendor technical staff and management to determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation, manage and mitigate risk, and ensure that a change control process is in place.
• Facilitate and lead decision-making processes required to move projects along to completion, and ensure we progress the completion of the milestones with PACE on the related project/programs.
• Ensures all supporting documentation is in place for all approvals, decisions or deviations from scope to allow successful quality assessments and tollgate reviews. 

 What you need to have:  

• 5 years+ dedicated project management experience leading multi-discipline teams within a financial services environment.
• Project management experience in a multi-cultural and multi-site environment
• Demonstrated ability in driving large-scale transformation projects.
• Domain knowledge in financial services or insurance preferred.
• Change management experience in technology and non-technology projects.
• Experience in stakeholder management, adhering to budget control, review and escalation.
• Excellent communication and business partnering skill.
• Managing prior projects/programs with a significant number of stakeholders presenting to and communicating with Senior leadership
• Experience in ensuring adoption by stakeholders and user populations, and ensuring anticipated benefits are realized.
