Responsibilities:

• Monitor third party security feeds, forums, and mailing lists to gather information related to the client through automated means

• Produce intelligence outputs to provide an accurate depiction of the current threat landscape and associated risk through the use of customer, community, and open source reporting

• Produce actionable intelligence information for delivery to colleagues and customers in the form of technical reports, briefings, and data feeds

• Review vulnerabilities advisories

• Review and process threat intelligence reports

• Perform detailed investigative works into all traffic anomalies against established, historical baselines of individual agencies. Reviewing and profiling the events of all monitored clients

• Assess each event based on factual information and wider contextual information available

• Review, propose and generate reports to automate or reduce low value event escalations

• Build rules and intelligence to detect such threats and proliferate to all monitored networks

• Implementing and devising detection method of such threats in our security operations through SIEM Rules, DB scripts etc

• Perform periodic analysis of security events, network traffic, and logs to engineer new detection methods, or create efficiencies when available

• Supports the development of tactics, techniques, and procedures in providing proactive threat hunting and analysis against the available information sources (e.g. Netflow, DNS and Firewall logs, etc.)

• Assist the Security Analysts with the investigative works

• Prepare training programme for Security Analyst and conduct knowledge sharing sessions for Security Analyst

• Fulfil Change Requests, Service Requests and respond to internal / external enquiries with regards to detection Use Case

• Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years' of experience in related field and capacity

• Prior experience working in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) or Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT/CIRT)

• Possessed deep interest in open source research and critical thinking / contextual analysis abilities • Investigative and analytical problem solving skills

• An understanding of the current vulnerabilities, response, and mitigation strategies used in cyber security

• Related professional cyber security certification, such as GCIA, CEH, will be preferred

• Experience with intelligence analysis processes, including Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and closed source intelligence gathering, source verification, data fusion, link analysis, and threat actor

• Ability to research and characterize security threats to include identification and classification of threat indicators

Job Purpose:  

As Senior Financial Analyst, reporting directly to Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing FP&A support and business partnership. You will be experiencing in dynamic interaction and collaboration with key stakeholders located in different countries across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary finance contact to work with business team and liaison with other functional teams [i.e., Operations, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, RiBS (Shared Services), Controllership, and Center of Excellence]

• Closely monitor and support the financial performance of APJ

• Provide finance guidance to business team regarding financial related matters, including profit leaks, margin enhancement, and business development opportunities

Financial Analysis and Reporting

• Provide complete, accurate and timely financial reporting and business insights to APJ Regional Management and Corporate FP&A, including country and line card performance

• Conduct ad-hoc and monthly financial analysis – Country/Line Card margin, vendor rebate, freight, SG&A, and working capital performance

• Prepare and support APJ regional consolidation and management reporting, including forecasting cycle and annual budgeting process

• Support rebate accrual and reporting, including vendor one-off rebate, vendor rebate for future use (pass-through rebate to customer) and customer rebate

• Support the implementation and roll out of new financial reporting tool and system

• Lead and initiate enhancements to reporting and insight generation

Working Capital and Cash Flow Management

• Vendor Receivable (VR) – Work with business team to reconcile one-off vendor rebate and ensure timely collection

• Inventory – Closely monitor inventory level / aging status and drive action plan with business team to ensure proper inventory control in place

• Accounts Payable (AP) – Manage trade payments with suppliers to optimize working capital for month-end / quarter-end cutoff and support payment approval

• Cash Flow Management – Prepare cash flow projection and coordinate with Treasury team for credit facility requirement

Business Partnership

• Serve as finance business partner/trusted advisor and work with various stakeholders to facilitate new business engagement, new vendor/customer enrollment, business decision support, and financial planning/forecasting

• Develop financial model/template to support business opportunities to maintain the margin and ROWC requirements

• Review and understand contractual terms in agreement/statement of work (SOW) along with various stakeholders to articulate financial implications

• Coordinate with Controllership, RiBS, and Tax to ensure proper accounting and tax treatments for business transaction

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Familiar with ERP system, SAP, BW, TM1, and Tableau experience a plus

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Good command in English (written and verbal)

• Over 7 years of relevant working experience.  MNC experience preferred.

• IT distribution industry experience a plus

• University graduate with major in Accounting or Finance

• CPA or HKICPA or equivalent qualification highly preferred

We are looking for a Customer Experience Analyst to join our team in Cyberjaya.

As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will provide support for all end-user/ desktop technology requests or issues that customers present.

Your core objective is to restore service for the customer as quickly as is possible and, where further escalation is required, provide a single point of contact and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues and provide speedy solutions, utilising knowledge to personally achieve service restoration
• Provide high level customer focus through delivery of accurate information to business clients regarding availability and functionality of services and customer's applications
• Escalate all unresolved problems/requests to relevant teams providing accurate categorization, assessment, and prioritisation
• Perform remote diagnostic troubleshooting and checks for customer incidents

• A motivated and driven person with a proven IT background or a first-rate IT customer service consultant with a passion for IT/ Network/ Desktop Computing. Customer success is in your veins. You thrive on playing your part in helping customers achieve their goals.
• Ideally, you will need to have a degree or formal IT qualification and/or experience in a similar role, with proven experience in IT customer service support.
• Technology-wise, you must have a basic technical understanding of LAN/WAN/ Security/ Server / Active Directory/ Desktop/ Windows 10 technologies and a sound understanding of what ITIL is and MS office packages.
• Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years of work experience in an IT / NOC/ Managed Services environment
• You will have demonstrable problem solving skills
• An analytical and systematic approach in resolution, coupled with excellent relationship management skills will see you excel
• Ability to communicate fluently in English at all levels and a can do attitude is key.
• This role currently operates on a permanent night shift ( Mondays to Fridays) in Cyberjaya and is a 12 months contract role
