Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Advertising & Digital Marketing personnel to lead our company’s group effort in assisting multiple brands under our care within the accommodation and property related industries. As the Advertising & Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating, enhancing, and maintaining engaging content that aligns with our stakeholders' vision and resonates with our target audiences. This role requires a unique blend of creative writing, social media expertise, and leadership capabilities. Other than that, this position will require you to deal directly with all directors in different portfolios and will be responsible for following:
· Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for multiple brands within the accommodation and property-related industries.
· Oversee the creation, optimization, and management of engaging content across various digital platforms.
· Lead the conceptualization and execution of multimedia advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
· Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling video promotions, marketing content, ads, and graphic materials.

Our client operates as international logistics business, offering business clients international freight forwarding solutions across five continents globally.
About the role
As Accounts Officer, the overall objective will be to work with the finance team with the main responsibility being the day to day execution and management of AP and AR in the department.
The job responsibilities:
*General ledger and balance sheet reconciliation.
*Liaising with operations and other departments to gather information, answer queries and to enter information into operational and financial system.
*Assist with month end ,quarter end and year end audit requirements.
*To be expose to foreign exchange transactions, revaluing accounts and performing reconciliation.
*Prepare month end journal as needed.
*To prepare cash flow forecasts/analysis on daily/monthly basis.
*Bank reconciliation.
*Ensure company debtor accounts are paid as per their trading terms.
*Conduct credit checks on new customers.
*Issue monthly statements.
*Prepare reports on debtors ledger.
Requirements
*Malaysian female preferred.
*Possess minimum LCCI Diploma in Accountancy.
*At least 2-3 years' experience in accounting portfolio.
*Strong written and spoken communication skills (English;BM)
*Intermediate Excel skills required.
*Strong work ethics.
