Job Brief

We are looking for a proactive and highly ambitious Client Management Specialist/Executive (Key Account) who will handle our client accounts. You will build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, ensure targets for the client are met, and help the client to succeed. • Coordinate with Business Intelligence to plan new and restructured existing reports for business analysis.
• Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews with clients and the marketplace on weekly or monthly basis.
• Maintain master product list accuracy and process billings such as statement, claim invoices efficiently on a timely manner.
• Conduct stock take and reconcile inventory reports (if required).
