Job Responsibilities:

• Operates imaging equipment to create electronic files and archives.
• Prepares, scans, and performs quality checks on documents/images for conversion to digital format. Ensures proper transfer and indexing of scanned materials.
• Cleans and performs basic maintenance on scanning equipment. Troubleshoots and adjusts equipment as needed.
• Follows established procedures and adheres to workflow processes and chain of command.
• Maintains a clean and organized workstation. Meets departmental efficiency standards for volume, service level, and deadlines.
• Collaborates with team members to achieve goals.
• Trains or assists colleagues on aspects of document processing to ensure a consistent understanding of scanning operations.
• Identifies and reports equipment or process-related issues.
• Reports daily task completion to supervisor.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, including transportation activities (moving items/packages) and logistical support.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management.
• Good communication skills in the English language both spoken and written.
